At Perry’s Petals, I want you to love your handmade arrangement as much as I loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.

Returns & Cancellations

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

To start a return or cancellation, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at:
susie@perryspetals.co.uk

Once your return is approved, you’ll need to send the item(s) back within 14 days.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • You’ll be responsible for return postage costs, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with photos within 7 days of delivery so I can put things right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, due to the handmade nature of my work, custom, bespoke, or personalised arrangements are non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let me know — I’ll do my best to help where possible.

How to Return

When returning an item, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and contact details

  • A brief reason for the return

Send your parcel securely packaged to the return address provided when you contact me.
